An MBA graduate from university of Mysore in 2011 has served as project coordinator of Empowering Tibetan business project, funded by United states agency for international development (USAID), implemented by Department of Finance of CTA in collaboration with Technoserve consulting firm for a year between June 2012 to July 2013. After the transition of the project to the CTA, he is serving as program officer for business incubation at Tibetan Entrepreneurship Development, an initiative of SARD under Department of Finance of Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) from September 2013 till now.
