Vineet is the Founder and Chairman of Intellecap Group of Companies and Founder and CEO of Aavishkaar, the pioneer Impact Investing Group. He has over 20 years of experience in leading innovative interventions in the development sector and brings a unique understanding of enterprise based development approach through his pioneering interventions in venture capital, micro enterprises, microfinance investments and social investment banking.

Vineet has received numerous awards including the G 20 SME Finance Award the UNDP-IBLF World Business Award, Ashoka Fellowship and Honorary Membership of XLRI Alumni Association. He also Chairs the Board of Villgro, the pioneering Rural Incubation Company in addition to Intellegrow and serves on numerous boards.
